some screencaps

I take a lot of screencaps from my interwebs browsing and then forget to do anything with them, leaving them cluttered on my desktop. Here are a few from the past week/month I've deemed bloggable (anything goes these days on this thing):
The model from Need Supply with the killer tattoos has a name/face! And a shoutout on the NS blog.
If you completely disregard my Yahoo email name (what do you call that, the first part of your email address?), you'll note that Amazon has about as sharp a read on me as my Netflix does. Or maybe I should be offended that I'm already being profiled as an old, lonely bitch of a cat lady. And I don't even have cats.
Statcounter's a good thing, you know. It's nice to know you're not just posting this crap for yourself, and I'm sure it'll let me know when it's time to quit this blog and bow out gracefully (though I'm always paranoid I'm going to post something I think is funny that is totally offensive and will alienate people). Anyway, the Fangbanger in me fucking died when I saw someone from Shreveport, Louisiana visited my blog. I wonder if he/she knows Eric Northman / is a regular at Fangtasia...

Good. Now I can delete these things.

And now I'm:

  2. I love the whole blogging the screen capture thing! I cant do it, because I have a netbook at the moment and the monitor is roughly the size of a postage stamp.

I really like that chick's tattoos.

  3. Hahahhaha. I loved this post. Your screenshots are GOOOOD.

    A. I LOVE THAT NEED SUPPLY CO. MODEL. So much. GIGANTIC CRUSH much. She's so f.ing awesome. (Speaking of MODELS... Have you seen that model from Frances May, who I LOVE, is now on Project Runway and kicking its f.ing ASS?!?)

    B. I'm really creeped out that Statcounter can go into so much detail about who visits your site. Stuff like that makes me want to quit the internet completely and only listen to the radio for stimulation.

    C. There's me!

    D. The new comment moderation addition is good.

  5. I thought of that, ilana, but then I was worried abt ruining a pot...would have totally gone that route if I could have foreseen this happening! damn the fates.

netbooks, I don't get them. I mean, what they are. I remember seeing the commercials abt getting a free one w/a subscription to fios or something, but I was like, whaaaaaa? are they computers? or just like iPads? I don't understand.

I DID NOT KNOW THIS! which model is it? I only watched abt half of an episode of the new season b/c some of those designers are annnnnnnoying, but I just read abt the Moth Love designer on Frances May's blog the other day...I had no idea she was that chick! no wonder she's got such great style...and b/c of using statcounter for this thing, I am super cognizant of reading other ppl's blogs...it's like big brother 2.0, but I can't be hypocritical...and one of these days I'll quit the internet and fulfill my hermitdom dream by living in my cabin in the woods...and that's you, boner! (a dual-purpose term a use, sometimes w/a negative connotation, other times not)
