Reading your blog & Fieldguided has turned me into a cat lady (well, maybe not a cat LADY... at least a cat girl) & I've never had a cat, nor wanted one until this past year. I don't know whether to be happy or sad about the blog world's influence on my pet longings. I'll probably never ACTUALLY get a cat though. Ever since my family got a non-shedding dog, I don't think I can ever go back to having something that sheds. & I'm surely not getting one of those hairless cats.
Lauren--I only skimp off other people's creativity!
Mallory--right on, dude! I'm the same way...I was HUGELY into cats when I was dating this dude in undergrad (for 3 years...) who was obsessed w/cats, then I met a real life cat lady and was like, PAAAAASS. but the internet keeps f'ing w/me and that decision...but I think w/the allergies, I'll still to the dogs, like you...and no doubt, man! you have some pretty stellar posts and recommendations up! and thanks...I decided to push off studying the other night by doing them, but then was like, whaaaat??? they look like shit. but they're growing on me. meh.
Lindsay--I need to start one of those of my own...like the cat and the moon sweatshirt...
