I made a video about Harold and I, a cat dress, and some new shoes. I hope you like it.

Funny thing is, when I was down in DC last weekend I was stopped for some street-style-photo-bloggage in my new cat dress. I'm hardly photogenic, and thus am a little afraid of what weird contortions my face photographically assumed (see: the photos of my face in this video), but I was flattered.
And speaking of the cat dress, can I just give a shout-out and big-up to Leah? I ordered the dress on a Sunday night, she made it according to my measurements the next day, and I had it in my hands that Thursday. Blew my mind.

I spent all freakin' wknd on it and am glad to be done w/it, b/c I cannot deal w/live talent and taking so many damn pictures! and I got a Flip cam this wknd, so you know what that means: I'm ready to go for the aquarium/aquarium-related-clothes video! bahahaha...plus maybe I can test it out on your cats, baaaaaaah : )

hahah, I wish I had one of my own, Jennifer, since all three dogs are either my sister's or my mom's! and they were difficult to work with (aka they didn't want to stay still/keep their hats on, except for Dublin...), but they had a lot of fun together!
ReplyDeletelol, I guess his tag gave him away, Chau! and I'm pretty sure he's one of those...I got mine from a lady who bought it for her cats but they didn't like it, so the cat was mine! and, omgggg, did it ever take a lot of time! around 800 photos, b/c I need to get a freakin tripod...and I hope your powerpoint is done/almost done! boo, Mondays...

ReplyDeleteCourtney, it took me a legit month after finding him in my parent's house to remember the brand that created them! and did you notice Alf's cameo? dapper, as well...and I know, I was super impressed, especially b/c she bought the fabric and printed it the same day she made it...and I love it to pieces! and that song has been one of my favorite ARS songs for the longest time, too, though now I need a break from it...from listening to it nonstop this wknd...

ReplyDeleteYES! the dress is total party dress, but not too fancy that you can't dress it down...I even thought of wearing it to church when my parents drag me there for xmas mass, as I see my hottie high school crush then, bahaha...and, yep, mine's cotton, but leah was flexible w/the fabric when I was asking abt the sizing...
