I was captivated by Mozilla's Firefox Live, where you can watch various live feeds of red pandas (b/c apparently the red panda is the basis for the Firefox name/logo, not the fox...I did not know this). Snuggle and his/her roommate were my favorites. Frolic bored me. Of course they were sleeping for the most part from 1-3 a.m., but whatever.
I also got caught up in/on the Duke Sex Scandal 2.0, about two months after it all happened (this is a better version of the PPT, though the article is sans background info). I wish I could be offered a book deal for such shitty writing. I would totally have that covered.
And then I needed to watch some videos of cats and puppies to make me feel like less of a degenerate for reading in detail about some undergrad's extracurriculars (also a reminder to self to watch what I put on here...ahem, sagas...). Kind of feel bad for the puppies, though, since their momma is clearly a babe herself and not inclined to sharing/playing nice.
This was all after an evening of catching up on the current Degrassi plot/cast and watching the shittacular movie that is The Box on HBO. The former just never lets me go, even after a two-year viewership absence and cast members now 6-10 years my junior; the latter might have been watchable w/o all that alien crap.
I'm so glad I can finally have two consecutive days off and do these things. It almost makes me feel like a normal person with a normal work schedule who has totally normal interests.

puppies having puppies.... what is the world coming to?
ReplyDeleteI know...hence why I would never not buy a rescued dog, as opposed to from a breeder, etc.
