cats (obviously)

I was bored the other day and had this grand plan to make cat garland, as I still have many a bare wall in my apartment. Obviously I'm on crafter level 1.9, so the process is pretty self-explanatory, but nevertheless, here is essentially how it transpired:
And I'm currently jamming to this title sequence. I can't sing for sheeeeeit, but how I wish I could vocally jam like Annette Funicello. She had me at Pee-Wee's Playhouse Christmas Special.

  6. The garland is great PLUS I just watched The Parent Trap last night and I rewatched the title sequence because it's so grand.

    PLUS-plus - that sloth necklace you emailed me is amazing. I always save up change & ones for something. Recently I was saving for a new computer, but when I bought that I thought - NOW I'll save for the sloth sanctuary!

    ..... then I realized there ar so many things I need before I depart on a trip to Costa Rica to cuddle sloths, but I'll go someday damn it.

  9. CREEEEPY, Mallory! we've got some weird psychic connection or something...or very aligned tastes...and I hope you do get to go! I was hellbent on doing that for summer vacation this year, before I realized how poor I really am, and saw that they upped the required stay...which is AWESOME, but who has 2 weeks for vacation? in the meantime, you could always become a sloth zookeeper...

  15. I am not a cat fan but this is absolutely adorable. We recently purchased a baby bunny maybe we can take this idea and make a bunny garland...
